We've been working hard to ensure your stay can go ahead as smoothly and safely as possible, in-line with official government guidelines and introducing enhanced hygiene practices across our properties.

Whilst you can of course cancel your accommodation, please be aware that normal cancellation charges will apply.

You won't be entitled to any compensation, as the reason for the stay not continuing is outside the control of Keys4Cannes.

To help limit the amount of people entering your accommodation, we will only be cleaning the property prior to your arrival. If you require additional cleaning services throughout your stay, please let us know and we can organise this.

No one from Keys4Cannes will be entering the property without your consent to ensure we keep the access to a minimum.

It is important to remember you will need to look after your own luggage, as we will not be able to handle your luggage or assist you in carrying it.
