About Cannes

For whatever reason you are visiting Cannes, whether for business or pleasure, you can’t help but be charmed by all that Cannes has to offer.

The Cote d’Azur is famous for its stunning scenery, not only along the impressive coastline but also inland where you can easily visit the picturesque villages such as Valbonne, Biot, and Grasse.

One of the things you will love about Cannes is that there is always something going on – no matter what time of year.

Soak up the glitzy atmosphere during the Film Festival or laze away your day on the beaches of the Croisette. Go shopping in the boutiques along the Rue d’Antibes, and enjoy an aperitif in one of the many pavement cafes.

You will be spoilt for choice with the wonderful selection of restaurants to suit all budgets. If you’re eating in, the local Forville market is a must – fresh local produce, delicious cheeses, meats, fruits and vegetables.

Take a stroll around the old Port and admire the luxurious yachts next to the Palais des Festivals, especially during the Boat Show which is held in Cannes. The ferries to the Islands and Saint Tropez also leave from here. The old historic part of Cannes called Le Suquet, next to the Port will give you panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes.

Cannes offers something for everyone – family holidays, romantic weekends, cultural visits, sporting activities and, of course, the business conferences - including the Film Festival, Lions, the Boat Show, and Tax Free..
